Im an Electrical Engineer and have found both Onyx Oscilloscope and Analyzer very useful in the lab. Im using these apps with the Alesis IO Dock, a couple XLR to BNC adapters and probes. Highly recommended. Im looking forward to further mathematical analysis options and data recording options.
